We ask about your profession, your technology, your business, your investment, and your results until we can explain them in plain language without stripping away the sophistication. Clients regularly discover their own expertise in these conversations. One project manager emailed me to ask for his money back because he believed his job was too ordinary to qualify. Twenty minutes of questions later, he was explaining a supply chain that no one else in his company could run.

We test the case before the government does. We measure every claim against the standard the officer applies, and we tell you where the case is thin while there is still time to fix it.

We write every word ourselves. We do not run a volume practice and we do not work from templates. I read, I argue with the evidence, and I write. There is no magic in it. There is time spent reading and thinking.

The forms come last. Filing is the final step of the work, not the work.
