Our Story
BBA Immigration was founded on a simple belief: that skilled workers and the employers who need them deserve a clear, honest path through the U.S. immigration system.
Too many people are discouraged by complexity, conflicting information, and uncertainty about where to begin. We created BBA Immigration to change that.
Our attorneys focus on employment-based immigration — primarily the EB-3 visa, the EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and the Schedule A fast track for registered nurses and physical therapists. From PERM labor certification through I-140 and adjustment of status, we handle the legal side so you can focus on your future.
